A true legacy! I am 95% sure this location is no longer in business and it is closed either permanently or for a remodel (getting mixed signals). None the less, I have some great photos from last year that I never posted and figured I might as well since Comstock Creamery has been a family favorite heading up to our cabin in Cumberland. Extremely affordable cheeses, a vast variety of fudge, beef sticks galore, string cheese, jams, jellies, salsas, local honey, handmade sandwiches to go, hand scooped ice cream, wine and a small gift shop always made this a wonderful stretch stop during my commute. There is often times a cheese curd food truck outside along with many tables to enjoy your goodies at. The service was always the best in the industry and should this be closed for good, I want to extend my sincere thank you to all staff and faculty who allowed this gem to exist for many years. I truly wish you all the best in your next endeavors and know that you have an entire population who would be thrilled to see this reopen.

We stopped in here during a weekend in the area. We drove past it multiple times and it looked so cute, we finally popped in. Outside they had a cute seating area, a curd wagon making fresh fried cheese curds, and then the store itself was full of goodies. There was fresh fudge, a small deli of sandwiches and pastas, ice cream, fresh curds and more cheeses and bloody mary garnishes than we knew what to do with. We had the chance to grab some little samples, and browse the store and all of us found something wonderful to take home. We left with ice cream to eat, beef sticks, lots of cheeses and crackers and a positive memory of this spot. Highly suggest dropping in!

Another great WI Creamery! We were taking a trip to visit some friends that were in town in northern WI. Whenever we take a road trip we always take a look at the route for places to stop. When we notices that there was a creamery along our route, that became a must stop. I read the few reviews that were available on Yelp and checked out their website. Before we left we made sure we brought our cooler. Conveniently located right on Highway 63. When we walked in we were immediately impressed. This place was wall to wall with cheese, snacks & treats and gifts. Talk about a kid in a candy shop or a big kid in a cheese shop. We had a list of our favorites. We love muenster, swiss and parmesan. We made sure to pick up a few different brands of each. We also picked up some flavored cheeses. Before I knew it I couldn't hold any more packs and needed a basket. I should know better by now and get the basket right away. Prices are really good. The quality is fantastic. Cheese purchased at a place like this is just so much better than cheese purchased at a grocery store. You can taste the freshness and the flavor is so much better. We picked up enough cheese to share with our friends and plenty for us to take home with us. The only thing that we really didn't like is the bathroom is an outhouse outside. Well more room inside for cheese and goodies. We certainly look forward to coming back here again.

Oh. My. Word. If you are driving through this little town, STOP HERE and if you buy only one thing, get the cheese curd pizza. Trust me. It is life-changing. My friend baked it in her countertop pizza oven. AMAZEINNGGG

Everyone needs to stop at this shop. I was amazed at the high level of product of cheese at this store. Let's talk about price. The blocks of cheese are around $2.00 to $3.00 for .7oz. Very cheap, most stores this would be 6-10 dollar. Bring $20 and you will be stocked. Love this shop.

If you like cheese, or ice cream, this is worth a stop. They have the most amazing freshly made cheese curds. The small shop has a very large selection of cheese and a wall of local wine choices. There's even a glass case filled with yummy fudge. You can also find a large assortment of jams/jellies/marmalades. It's a great place to buy a gift for an upcoming wedding or birthday. There's always a table of cheese to sample, and to help narrow down your favorites. Whenever we travel this part of Highway 63 we pack a cooler and stop by to stock up on cheese. If you love cheese curds, or you've never tried them, these are some of the best! They even have a variety of flavors. No stop is complete without a double scoop ice cream cone- for less than $3, it's a great price for some tasty ice cream for the road.

You can't get fresher than product from the factory! Of course, this is Wisconsin, land of the cheesehead, you would expect good cheese from good factory. Blaser's does not disappoint. Several varieties of cheese are available for tasting on a daily basis. Those cheeses are clearly marked in the self-service cooler, making it easy to select your cheese of choice. There is also a large selection of wines available in the store. There is also Cedar crest ice creme and shakes are available in season. (Not now.) I selected bacon cheddar, Colby (my favorite) and, of course, cheddar cheese curds. I actually prefer Longhorn Style Colby, but Blaser's has great Colby flavor. If you find yourself on US 63, make a stop here!
